id change faster attacks for lightning penetration gem
this is the setup im using on my full lightning windripper
another thing is i'd get a 1000 evasion 250+es shield instead of full es, and maybe remove iron reflex to be safer against projectiles
in my opinion
if we have almost 30 reg penetration
lightning penetration , faster attack has same dps against end boss(like shaper)
but faster attack has much more dps againt others ( i check it by uing pob)
so i use faster attack : D
actually PF can easily get 80+ damage reduction
so i am not sure about ..ev+es amour is better than full es
