" About Life Leech I get 1% of attack damage with the Pure Talent jewel combined to connecting to the Duelist attack speed starting point. It feels enough because: * You really don't get hit often. * The difference between 20% max life rate vs 40% (or 46% with Vitality Void) is only important when taking big hits or trying to face-tank (which is absolutely not the point of this build). When taking big hits I'd rather use my instant life flask than wait for leech to recover. * VP means you don't sustain Blood Rage (which is only qol). Note that after VP, speccing 3 points for Vitality Void to improve leech from 40% to 46% is overkill. That said, I haven't tried it yet because I didn't feel I needed it. I might give it a try later on. Hello Asymat, I stumbled upon your build in a reddit thread and as a fellow HC player I always like to find built planned and played in that environment. Since a TS ranger was one of my first successful character ever, I got nostalgic and decided to try your build. I'm around lvl 72 and so far so good, but as I'm starting to transition to the real build, I have some questions: -how often do you use frenzy to gain powercharge? -any reason why you aren't using any curse (even some eleweakness corrupted hrimsorrow if sockets are short?) thanks for sharing your build! Problem is when you really need it (ie: big bosses), curse effect is super low. hey, just found your guide while browsing some builds. Ripped yesterday and thought about quitting, but your build seems really cool and inspired me to keep playing. I never really played a bow character to a high level, so im a bit unexperienced with that type. I play only solo, so im a bit afraid that the defenses are not enough for me. Anything i could do to increase the survivability a bit more, before getting to kaoms? Maybe a curse setup? I watched your T6 Elder fight. Video says "@95" so i guess you'll need a bunch of very good gear and high level for it? Do you have any other tips for playing a bow character? No, I think you can do it with TS enchant +2 and lvl 88+. I feel like I didn't emphasize enough on the build running really well solo (and amazingly with supports). Anyway, prepare yourself to invest all your curr in this char as every bit add up to the ultimate HC archer imo. Thank you for answering :) I hope that build is what im looking for, because i want to complete some more challenges and just want to have fun for the remainder of the league. And yes, to be honest, i was afraid, that this build will most likely be too squishy or weak without a support. But as i said, never really played a bow character, so i dont know the potential.
