Thanks! What would be the price of a rare quiver +1 with thoses mods?! Now there's 2 new mods very OP that could work nicely: Shapper Quiver with 11-15% added physical as cold damage and/or +1 proj.

I think it is easier to get a +1 drillneck and put money into better amu/rings/jewels/belt. Obviously at some point, a super expensive quiver will do great too. Drillneck is really hard to beat as each stats improves the build.

It is allready enough to clean trash. If you wear Drillneck not corrupted it is 3 (implicit +1 pierce) and if you have a corrupted one, I guess you allready have Tornado Shot enchant +2.

im looking forward to play iceshot on SSF, not sure wether its duelist or scion tho.
still missing the pure talent.

would you say its better to go slayer without it and grab that juicy leech instead of scion for more dps?

Hello there!

Thanks, it definitely is imo.

This build is really aimed towards Tornado Shot. I feel Ice Shot benefits more from chain than pierce. So either a Deadeye, the new amulet +1 chain or both. Now Ice Shot is really weak for single-target. Blast-rain might fucked up dps (we don't scale fire that much). Tornado need the enchants to really feel great for single-target. Last option is Barrage but it feels more dangerous (close-range), knockback is annoying and doesn't fit the Far Shot theme.

As for slayer, I think that's the VP-nerf noob trap. Only go slayer if you can achieve a huge life pool (8k minimum). I picked Scion Ascendant for 1. Deadeye, the perfect stats for Tornado Shot and 2. Assassin to make the Lioneye's Glare able to crit.

That said, I'm now thinking what if you go Ice Shot / Blast Rain non-crit in a cold to fire setup (gem and/or pyre and/or Avatar of Fire) and go on left side of the tree. Maybe weapon swap (so you can wear Kaom's Heart). Maybe Elemental Overload as you don't need RT with the glare. But that's a totally new build. ;) BTW, a friend tried this (with Tornado Shot tho) but has respec into random 2H melee. If you want more info I could ask him his PoB/feelings about his build.

TLDR; Build is set as a Tornado Shot one 6L only with a Kaom's Heart in order to achieve viable life pool.

Just wondering now why youre using inc crits in your bow - im guessing you switch to ele prolif on bosses or something or testing it out? i'd love to hear things you're progressively workinging on / theorycrafting because i too am trying to adjust thing on this build.

Hmm.. i just wondering or didnt found it.. arek you using tornado also on Guardians? I mean for bossing is the same Gem setup?

Your build is actually amazing, I'm at level 92 on Hardcore Abyss right now, did everything up to T14's and most unique maps. Really really good build, very solid even when you dont have Kaom's/Belly.

If anyone wants to check my stuff, my character is DanmfNiceBuild. I'm using a Belly instead of Kaom's for better sockets and flexibility, but Kaom's is probably better.

Hey, great guide and build!
This was my league starter (not the best, I know).

Quick question: right now I have 5L in my bow and 6L in my chest (SC, so not really worried about having a kaoms).

When my chest and bow were both 5L, I was using Barrage against the bosses, it seemed to be better vs single target.

Now that I have a 6L, should I use it with tornado or barrage?

Because I think it's gonna take me some time to get +2 enchant and +1 corrupted drillneck... so right now my tornado single target damage is pretty average.

Yo fam, glad to hear you are enjoying it. Yes I forgot to update gems setup. Now I'm using Inc crit and switch to Ele focus for big bosses (elder, guardians...).

Yes Tornado Shot. Swapping to Ele focus as said previously.

Glad to hear! I changed my mind on the 6th gem. Try inc crit / ele focus (only for big bosses) instead of added cold. Now you want abyss jewels with lots of flat cold.

Also Heart Seeker soon big deeps incoming. ;)

It is ok for a league starter if you know how to grind currency.

+2 enchant is just huge. You'll notice a big improvement for clearing and single. Yeah without it barrage offer more damage I guess. As it was a HC build shotting from range, barrage was out of the equation + it doesn't really synergise with Far Shot. Just use the one you like the better. ;)
