Hello Rogziel,

If you are using Inpulsa chest then you cannot get any benefits from the belt you shared because chest makes you shock immune. The build needs level 91 passives in order to get full damage and crit nodes and once you got that level, you will have cap crit chance, so it means you wont need any more power charges from the shield you shared.

Inpulsas doesn't make you immune to shock, it just makes you unaffected by it, so the belt will work.

Well the chest costs close to nothing and the amulet 1 ex atm. I wouldn't call the rest of the gear very very cheap and still have a cost of 6ex excluding 6-link. I mean, for that amount of currency you can make pretty much every popular skill a guardian/shaper killer, just saying.

This build is not very very cheap as you said but its still cheap. As your 6L chest you can get a corrupted chest with some life(around 20c right now) and thats all you will need until you get "Inpulsa's Broken Heart Sadist Garb". I just dont agree with you that you can make every popular skill a guardian/shaper killer for 6ex budget mate but it's my opinion anyway.

P.S. : without the chest and amulet, the build cost less than 4ex and it's the budget for most of the players to consider it cheap i guess.
