Thx. Was confused, becouse many TS players pick Rigwald, this skill and even pierce gem, while its not worth so much.

An ailment is a detrimental effect associated with one or more damage types.
Ignite, chill, freeze and shock are collectively referred to as elemental ailments.

this is true ... BUT
usually every player that plays with TS is using projectiles pierce x additional target from skill tree!
+ many use the enchant that tornado secondary projetiles pierce 2 additional times
Every enemy can only be hit by 1 secondary projectile - therefore with TS 3 arrows + additional arrow (or even 2 on shaped quiver) you have 4 x 3 or 5 x 3 secondary projectiles the monster groups have to be over 12 or 15, without any "projectiles pierce" nodes to be able to fork and hit another monster, that wasnt hit yet... If you have the node on tree: "projectiles hit an extra 2 targets" your 12 or 15 secondary projectiles already hit 36-45 targets ... see the problem with forking secondary projectiles? They can not hit any monster anymore, because the secondary projectile is not allowed to hit the same monster twice
Making Fork even for the secondary projectiles useless - even tho they could, theoretically, fork
That is wrong, Tornadoshot secondary projektiles can hit the same enemy multiple times, thats why it is a decent Single target skill.
This build focuses on speed clearing so you want to hit as many enemys as possible with one shot and clear the whole screen and beyond with it. Thats why People use Rigwalds quill and they use chain because it works After fork so That the forking projektiles all aim for a target.

Secondary projectiles: Upon reaching the targeted location, Tornado Shot's projectile explodes and fires three secondary arrows in random directions. No target can be hit by more than one secondary arrow from a single explosion.

Sry was not 100 % accurat one of the secondary projectiles of each explosion can hit the same enemy. so if you shoot 5 arrows 5 secondary projectiles can hit the same enemy, one of each explosion.

Boys, I'm trying to far the Wolf card in The flooded mines map, but I want to boost the IIQ proc of windripper. My current Setup is Added Lightning Damage - GMP - Mirage Archer - added cold dmg - Ice bite - T.S. My question is..: What if I change Lightning damage for a lvl 20/20% Hypothermia?
And make a 5 link support for herald of ice, I don't know if it will help but, Herald of ice - Onslaught - Curse on hit - assassins mark - Ice Bite - empower.
I want to boost my IIQ because i've been running maps with 40% Pack size and 100+ IIQ - with onslaught mod when the map does not have beyond, if it does, i run it in double beyond. Made about 15 runs, got a single the wolf div card..
