My question is how are you doing any charge generation? Or do you ignore charges? Endurance charges ontop of these layers of defense would seem like an amazing option, ditto for frenzy.

Y its a very good option with leap slam because we dont need fortify anymore on this gem setup

Enfeeble Blasphemy (4.5M Shaper dmg with vuln)
Blood Rage gives Frenzies reliably
ECoMS on leap slam gives full End Charges reliably (Leap slam always stuns when enemy has full life now)

PoB Emulated Explanation:
-All the buffs and level 20 gems not available to us right now through PoB are emulated to the best of my ability on a jewel labeled as such. I have picked an extra jewel slot and then also negated the passives leading to the jewel
-Level 0 Hatred put in to simulate the 50% reserved from pride. We're still at 16% mana available, however I've opted to go with a -9 mana cost crafted prefix on one of my rings.
-8% Phys Dmg Reduction from infused channeling doesn't show, PoB shows 63% even with it on the jewel. Actual will be 71%
-If you choose to use Vuln instead of Enfeeble, you can swap out your Maim support in your main 6L to Melee Phys since Vuln gives you chance to Maim innately. It's 1.4%~ more damage. This also applies if you have another reliable source of maiming. However, right now I think overall it's better to have Maim in your main 6L if you are using Enfeeble as your curse.

This may not be the final iteration, and as I stated before, if the damage proves to be too much - it's very easy to dial the damage back and go more defensive.
