1 question:
Why use Maim support gem on cyclone and not on Ancestral Warchief totem?
-> We could proc the "increased damage taken" of maim with AW. This way we could use another support gem and make cylone a "7link" :)

I'm interested in using HeadHunter, is HH good to use on this build and if so can you tell me what i should change to make that work i would appreciate it thanks :P

other with +1 curse is very nice, carnage heart is good with +1 or just a rare with life/flat phys/res you might need.

HH is good for any build pretty much - it just turns the build you're playing into a HH build tho haha. If you can equip it, go for it - that's pretty much it. Maybe swap to retch or diff belt on bosses.

Maim is very strong, and read the gem.



We use it also as a 30 MORE modifier in our 6l

Moving it somewhere else will not achieve the MORE.

I defeated Uber Atziri and Shaper with this build.



One question. I would love to use Kaom's Heart for the additional health (currently at 5,403). However, if i take out "blood magic" and leave in Endurance Charge on Melee Stun, i run our of mana pretty fast. How do i sustain mana while leap slamming, assuming i'm using kaoms heart?

Thank you for the response, My total mana is 644 at level 75. With both running I have 193 left. 30 percent would be 193.2 I think.

Maybe I just need to be higher level and I went to 2 curses too soon? Are there any gems that I should not be leveling besides CWDT / IC ? Maybe that is my issue. They both run ( albeit with the icons greyed out saying not enough mana )until until I get in to a really big mob and then I lose enf.
