I now use (for fast-mapping) a Brightbeak and an all-green Prismatic Eclipse with whirling blades and it is crazy fast. Sometimes on bosses, I swap back to the standard claw/shield for survivability.
5. Is there a way to run 2 TV and 2 SG on a single Tabula? Since the support gems conflict, is there an optimum support gem setup for this?
6. For a little while I made an interesting defensive set-up. I put Bone Offering on a CWDT gem, so that it popped whenever I started getting hit.
7. For levelling, Glacial Cascade is a frigging amazing mob-melter. Spec early with wands for actual spell damage, then after switching to spectres go with the claw/shield.

For best 5l using TV Spectre, Minion Dmg, Burn Dmg, Elem Focus, Minion Totem Resist. 5l using SG Spectre, Minion Dmg, GMP, Spell Echo, Elem Focus. If using a Tabula for SG then use Spectre, Minion Dmg, GMP, Spell Echo, Elem Focus, Control Destruction.
If you like freezing pulse then use that, there is no right or wrong in this instance.
Running 2 TV and 2 SG on a Tabula, you wont be able to achieve the best optimum result. Rather get a Elder helm with burning dmg and minion dmg instead if you want to run 2 TV and 2 SG.
Problem with bone offering with CWDT is no corpse around, for that you can use another CWDT with desecrate. The 2 CWDT will help with survibility especially if you play HC.
For levelling, using a Aurumvorax for resist, a Baron Helm with SRS, Minion Dmg, Minion Speed and Melee Splash will be pretty fast as well.
