Witch - [3.x - Discontinued for now] Burning Spectres - Torch the Atlas - HC Shaper, Elder, Uber Atziri - Forum

So far this build is pretty awesome. I've tried several different variations of it and the 3 Flame Golem and 4 TV just feels the smoothest. Because I have double determination Watchers Eye, I changed a few things there and I'm attempting stack more armour. I'm also take nearly no extra damage from crits due to the Watchers Eye while being block and spell blocked capped. Can't link the watchers eye from the tree, but it has 7% increased block chance with Determination on and 60% reduced extra damage from crits with determination. Biggest thing I still need to work on is jewels. I've done Shaper, red elder, and Guardians with ease.
