TV 5L is enough to drop bosses so I guess it's okay for TV as long as they are not too stupid with their totem.

With Burning Damage on helm already, you can go with RS - Ele Focus - Swift Aff - Minion Res or Chance to Ignite.

What do you guys think of the new abyss chest with level 20 ele pen? Socketed skills penetrate 37% ele res, it has some % increased life and mana, doesn't seem bad at all tbh.

Are we sure the Burning Damage mod on the helm applies to minions and their totems ?

As far as I am concerned the only way to make TV spectres feel like they have some clear speed is by supplementing them with 3 or 4 flame golems in a pseudo 5/6/7 link helm. In terms of equipment spots doing so is cheap costing only 4 jewel spots and a 1h weapon slot if you want 4 of them .

It is common understanding that the "socketed gem is supported by ..." work like the normal gem.
Why should we doubt that it works differently from a normal Burning Damage Support gem?

Well, for devil's advocate, it may not work for all we know. I hope some rich person can test to make sure nothing is wrong.

i think he's referring to the 34% burning damage mod, not the supported by lvl 20 burning dmg, which should only apply to the player if normal mod conventions are followed. the same should be true of the 24% increased area damage.

Ah yes, thanks for clarification. It's true that the inc burning damage mod seems to apply to player only, not the socketed gem. There is no way to test other than submitting a question to GGG though.
has anyone actually seen tukohama's fortress work ? I don't seem to be getting extra totems
someone knows a concrete information about how frenzy and power charges affect minions skeleton mages and spectres ?
