Tbh Barrage without Instant Leech seems okay. I really don't wanna go back to BR but I have plenty of experience with it so it's whatever. I do fully expect Barrage to get adjusted though.

very questionable nerfs overall with DP (Doomfletch Prism and Dark Pact :P) nerfs being the worst. The Bow surely was too strong, but...

Maybe it's pre-targeted at the abyss-socket-meta. Then again, nothing indicates FB nerfs in that patch..

On the other hand Windripper is left untouched, interesting. Is there any reason to not go Windripper now (other than stacking 4+ abyss sockets).
TS wasn't nerfed so far, which is the only good news for bow builds, really. May still try out some variant in 3.1.

Meanwhile a 5c (+ a 6 link) spectre build can clear maps at a similar pace this build could in 3.0 + do the endgame content.

also as i am new to poe (despite my enroll date)...
these things (nerfs) happen frequently?

There is only speculation at this point. We don't have patch notes or the Tree right now.

GGG nerfs shit a lot, but frankly this one isn't horrible. 110%->100% (oh well), and no crit on the bow. That means chance to bleed will be BiS over inc crit strikes 100% of the time now, and we'll have to do some slight repathing on the tree to get vaal pact now since it's in a new spot. Thankfully, it's only like 2-3 nodes away from where we are anyway so it's not a big deal.

i was thinking to replay your build this league and thought it would be unplayable
as an old D2 player i cant leave a char in the middle of progression
maybe i should become a standard player haven't decided yet :)
