A summary of Time based events: Time based events are designed to create a competitive environment where players compete not by character experience, but by their ability to progress through the game and complete specific objectives, such as killing bosses. The boss required to be defeated for this race is: Brutus, located in The Upper Prison.
Prizes: The top player of each of the seven classes by time will receive a Demigod's Dominance (Unique Golden Mantle). Prizes for this event: The following prizes are available to players who achieve specific time ranks.:

So 45 awards go out to 30 players.. Smart math there.. lol
SSF, because Path of Trade RMTers and bots suck.

Probably top 30 in class. So split 150 ways. Still better than the Exiles everywhere race where the top 6 players split 20 ghostflame skulls between them.

Well realistically the top players of the game are prolly gonna walk away with most of the event prizes. Events tailor to such a specific playstyle...

I dont think it is ment that one person can win multiple times of the same prize.
