If I get a Shaper ring that (in addition to spell damage etc) adds cold damage to spells *and* attacks, will that mess with EE, or is it okay to buy one with that mod on it?


Here is the current setup, at 6k hp with this. Got about 10 ex to spare, and looking for improvements for shaper/uber elder, can anyone help settting some priorities here?

edit: just chaos spammed this belt, still can't believe it. Do you do anything else with it?

It is ok, you need cold damage to attacks, but to spells doesn't matter - it does't help or break EE.

Congratulations this is great belt.

You can master-craft anything you want on it, or if you feeling lucky you can exalt it for another mod (first block mod that you do not want) and then master-craft.


Can anyone tell me if this corruption is beneficial? It won't mess with EE will it?

Edit: I think I figured it out...It will do nothing?

Discharge deals no physical damage and there is no quality for the "increased" mod on the Added Fire so nothing happens? Is this true?

Added fire damage support adds %of physical dmg as fire dmg. This will apply for your cyclone hits. And as we use EE having fire dmg to attacks will set +50% fire resistance on target before each Discharge. This build does mostly fire dmg with discharge so... :P

Just killed Shaper for the first time, little over two weeks playing in the League. Got him on my third attempt with 2 portals to spare. Love this build <3. Feels good to be on 157/157

Let me know any mistakes made or room for improvement on gear. Sitting on around 12Ex still.

Now I just need to figure out where to put my Elder orb...

You are running without Ele weakness?

You should try to corrupt it on gloves, if you are not running the gem set-up.

But this supports only socketed skill, so supports discharge and it will do nothing.
