Can we replace Spell damage to Area Damage on our jewels? Is it have any difference?

I wasn't sure why until someone pointed it out to me. I started playing this game a few months ago. It might be default settings until you ahve to manually turn it on.

just at a quick glance, your jewels are suboptimal. Why mana? you want physical to elemental on your Watcher's eye, and your leap jewel has 2 points you could save. But the biggest boost is your level 18 discharge. Going from 18 to 21 is a pretty big jump in dmg.

I've done red elder multiple times with very few (if any) deaths. The trick is to use frost wall on the Shaper so he doesn't die. Otherwise, its pretty straight forward.

Yup, lots to work on. I just threw this together to see if I wanted to spend a bunch more. Many gems do need to be leveled up. It just seemed very weak on bosses, maybe it will get better after I level everything up and fix jewels.

Get an anti-freeze potion. I also checked your tree, it's unoptimized, not enough life nodes (only 4500hp) and your damage is only 50k dmg per discharge. Focus more on hp/dmg than attack speed.

This is a common problem people do here with this build, everyone wants to have that single more discharge per second (it doesn't exactly work like that, but you get it), I recommend at least 6200hp with 100k dmg discharge and 3.9 attack speed (just below 4) with max res.


How to increase discharge damage? All gems are 20 quality allready. Spelldamage gives more damage but where to get it?

The easiest place is jewels. Once you fix your tree and get a few more levels, you can pick up to 4 additional sockets, each giving 20+ spell damage if you so chose. They add up quickly. Also, I dont know where you are at for APS, but you can also pick up the attack speed node near the big life cluster to help boost that too.

I consider my gear "ok" for the build, and all bosses except for T16/shaper/elder fights are still pretty fast. This build is not a boss killer, so if your goal is to kill Minotaur in 20 seconds, this isn't the build. I probably took 5 minutes to kill him, but it was deathless.
5 min is long for this build. With okish gear and final tree with okish jewels it should be 1 min at max. Maxed build does t16 Mino in 35secs.
