Since stuff like +2 to vaal gems in chestpiece works as well for regular version of the vaal gem, does jewel like Vaal Sentencing works on regular version too? It might be supporting both BV and Spark, but if it's better than regular multi+life+atackspeed jewel? Yeah sure arc should work out just fine! @Tuche: the build is optimized for softcore... maybe with more investment in defense you could also play it in hc.
