The shatter effect when you kill an frozen enemy is spreading the curses. So I guess in order that his will work properly you kinda need call of the brotherhood.

Not sure I never played hardcore but just looking on the tree it feels a bit like overkill..I would not take thos hybrid life/es nodes because you also have "chaos incalculation" for example... and think you would lose to much dmg.

i have brotherhood ring :) but to shatter i think you need to crit and at level 53 my spark only has 17.7% ofc im using random wands without spell crit, no shield, not all crit nodes taken, no power charges counted.

No... your crits just have a 100% chance to freeze but only when the damage is high enough. When you kill an frozen enemy... they shatter not matter if you crit or not. If you want to know more about it just read http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Freeze

hey im new to the game and dont want to invest several hundreds of hours to this game on multiple builds, id like to stick with one for farming and the rest for pvp or something. Is this good for end game farming if i were to only stick with this one character? anything helps

Look... obviously I think the build is good otherwise I would not have posted it here. It is more a farming build than a highend bosskiller what does not mean that you can't kill highend bosses. I don't want to rate my own build that would feel strange... so maybe some of the players here can tell their expierence.

I am running with these gloves:

I assume this skill setup (Herald of Ice + Curse on Hit + Assasin's Mark + Ice Bite) will auto cast since i have the gloves above correct?

What is the point of having Herald of Thunder with this setup (Discipline + Herald of Thunder + Enlighten)? Do I have to manually cast Herald Of Thunder on each pack?

Yep the build is great for speedrunning maps but it is not a boss killer. You aint going to do shapers or guardians with this without HEAVY investment and then its just better to re roll into like bladevortex and kill them with 2 ex budget. Also i wouldnt recommend this build to a complete new player without any budget available because you will have to level as life build and then respec that takes some practice to get used to because your life will be shit tier so you need to know monster and what they do, what nemesis,bloodlines,etc mods do. The uniques required are also not noob friendly, boots alone is 40c, neck is 3ex, 5link regalia with decent ES and a single resist 40-50C, vinktars another 70c, decent dagger 30c, decent shield with resists 50c.. i just dont think that as a new player you will get enough money to fund it, and without the funds this build isnt the best one. Not budget friendly so to say. Another important thing is that you need to min max resists because we use 4 uniques that give none so thats also expensive.

Hi there I guess you are new to the game... just read this about herald's. Herald's are not active skills... heralds are damage buffs so they will be automatically applied when you use a active skill. You just have to activate them once then you will see the heralds shown as a buff. When you die or relog you have to recast the heralds.
