I'm planning on playing golemancer again, looking forward to your take on the tree in delve
Curious to see the new builds, especialy for pure golem with the new amulet :o
I tried to do some testing with the amulet for Necro. Leaving everything else the same but picking up some minion nodes (at the cost of life) I did it against guardians.
224k for 4 golems (without amulet)
236k for 7 golems (with amulet)
So golems themselves showed an increase but the issue is, you lost 3-4 spectres as well.
That said, I'm not an expert. I was just messing around with PoB, but I don't think the ammy will be worth it unless you just want the theme. Could be better for the other ascendencies though.

Will golemancer become more powerfull or weaker? Will we lose our shield-block defensive mechanism? (I am dying inside because I've got my sweet Magna Eclipsis with %block to spell-block...).

Passive Tree Changes
We've adjusted a large number of minion passives, added new starting minion passive paths for the Witch and Templar, added a new large minion wheel above the Templar's elemental wheel, as well as reworking the minion clusters near the Templar starting area. These include effects that let increases and reductions to minion damage also apply to you, and the same for minion attack speed. We've also included a number of minion accuracy increases.
The Templar starting area has been significantly reworked, improving bonuses as well as pathing, and better enabling the minion/attack hybrid.
The Witch starting area now has a minion path replacing its existing mana and mana regeneration path. The mana skills have been moved to a path alongside the Energy Shield path, with a new mana notable that grants increased mana, flat mana regenerated per second and flask mana recovery.

I think in early level you get much better minion damage and most likely could mean that leveling with other minions is now much better.
SRS was pretty much the best skill to use while leveling but can imagine if they moved the minion nodes to the start you could directly start with a zombie and skeleton army.
But question is you balance out the points between the energy shield and minions as those are now 2 different paths it seems.

MINION NODES
My guess is that they are adding more nodes for physical minions rather than nerfing generic minion damage nodes.
These are plans for possible minion changes :
1) Minion nodes / minions are buffed
Good for us
2) No big changes
Good for us too
3) Minion nodes are nerfed
We go for more Harmonies and increase Golems damage and not focus so much on Tukohama Specters
4) Harmonies are nerfed
We should now have more minion nodes to buff TV Specs damage to compensate for Harmonies
5) Minion nodes and Harmonies are nerfed
Have to see
6) Tukohamas are nerfed
Solar Guards are next in line, if also SGs are nerfed then it's back to flame sentinels.
7) Flame Golems are nerfed
We can swap minions roles from :
Area damage : Flame Golems -> Solar Guards
Single damage : Tukohama Vanguards -> Lightning Golems
This way we maintain about same total damage and fulfill both roles.
SPELL BLOCK
For spell block change, build has never been really focused on block in first place. It gives good opportunity to survive 1-2 bad kites but it's not focusing on maxing block and facetanking bosses.
There should be no changes for normal block, which is great as build has no armor but capped elemental resistance. This makes ability to block physical attacks more important than blocking spells as build already has significant reduction to elemental damage which spells in most cases are.
If GGG wont lower amount of total spell block, there might be no change to total spell block % or even slight increase.
WITCH START
Remains to be seen, but I guess that ES will be more important unless they lower ES amounts or add some crazy minion nodes instead of generic 15% damage and +1 zombies.

I'm certainly planning on running golems again this league. Not too sure how much I look forward to the delve mechanic but golems should make higher (least difficult) level delves fairly straightforward.
I'd be surprised if they actually nerf golems / spectres. Compared to Ele Hit & Poet's + Indigon Builds the damage is really very unspectacular. Golems seem fairly balanced (now you can't use the kill whilst dead mechanic); maybe spectres might take a hit......
Interesting to see the patch notes but my guess is that we will just have good things. Some of the alchemical resonators with more minion damage on gear could make for some really crazy gear this league. Plus if we get aspect crafting back on gear too with a fossil then aspect of the spider would be soooo good!
Anyway looking forward to it!!

Golems seem to be at pretty good place atm. GGG seems to be happy with them and new tree looks awesome.
Delve has multiple promising items for Golems, so I'm kinda hyped to play it at least until new stuff has been tested / bought. Personally I hope that Delve will be brutally difficult and GGG won't nerf monster damage this time. Temp Chains and high level minions make Incursion bit too easy for my taste once chaos resistance was capped.

I would also go for Occultist with new amulet. With Elementalist you lose stun immunity from Chayula and extra Golems are not that huge increase to DPS after already having 6-7x Golems out.
At first glance amulet seems hardly worth sacrifices but it will be interesting to test it in the league.
UPDATE3.4 PATCH NOTES
Skill tree
Tons of new minion nodes and can finally drop weaker nodes from the tree. Overall huge boost to damage.
Traded some life and chaos resistance nodes for huge minion damage nodes that also give us HP regen.
Dropped whole "Gravepact" cluster to get much better minion nodes near Templar and Sovereignty.
Tukohama's Vanguard now deal 35% less damage with their Scorching Ray totems. They also appear less frequently. Note that this damage reduction does not affect player spectres - they will still deal the same damage.
Shield charge
"
Your weapon's base attack time now affects the start and end, and movement speed and increases to global attack speed now affect the middle. Local attack speed modifiers no longer affect the middle movement part of the charge, whereas previously they would.
We lose 10% attack speed from the Clayshaper but on the other hand.

The Spiritual Command cluster now grants a total of 43% increased Minion Damage, 7% increased Attack Speed for minions, 7% increased Cast Speed for Minions, and 40% increased Minion Accuracy Rating. The notable also causes increases and reductions to Minion Attack Speed to also affect you. These benefits are split across 3 small passives and a notable. The additional Zombie from this notable has been moved to Grave Intentions.
Minions attack speed affects us.
With new lvl 100 tree we get 28% attack speed from minion nodes so total change :
10% -> 28% = +18% attack speed to shield charge
Spell block
Slight drop to spell block, but no changes to attack blocking. Physical attacks are most dangerous, as build has 0% armor, but 75% resistances to survive mostly elemental spells.
Change from : 64.5% -> 42% = -22.5%
Other
No changes to "Elemental Equilibrium" or curse effectiveness. Build got huge boost to DPS and some extra utility.
I changed "Controlled Destruction" in Flame Golems links to "Combusion" at least when using Necromancer. The global -20% fire resistance penalty that Golems afflict to enemies should also boosts Tukohama Vanguard Specters damage. Still need 100% verification if this works, but had great results while testing it.
I dropped 6x Flame Golem variant of Elementalist as 4+1+1 variant has similar damage and is overall much better.
New chase items in league are at least rare boots with "+1 to number of Specters" mod.
I will update changes to the guide before Friday.

Occutlist is great if you like more tankier char at the price of some DPS, or want to try out the new amulet with just Golems.
Necromancer gets stun immunity from the Presence Of Chayula anyway, so stun immunity matters most if you want to run some other amulet.
