[3.8] Arly's Ice shot bower

With new quiver (add arrow) POB say I get 1.7 mio dps against shaper/guardian xD
(with pointblank and lightning pen in 6l and dying sun)





Upgrade plan:
-Have a 7,5 crit and 200dps opus in stash -> 6link
-level up :/
-get a serious quiver
-think about going CI. Problem with CI on the first sight is: no wrath+herald setup. Even with discipline 7800es is max for my budget. With CI setup dps is much lower. (bye bye gloves, bye bye wrath+heralds)
- if not CI, get t1 life everywhere...

It takes a lot more investment to make CI viable. I have 5500 life with lightning coil + acro and that is somewhat comparable to a measly 7800 ES build.

I forgot:
problem ci: one ring/amu slot fewer. So dps will be even less than I thought in the first case.

with my gear:
would you go for a 6l non foil coil? Of first other stuff?

6 link opus and 5 link foil coil is all you really need.

we use a normal coil if we cant afford a relic LC yet right?

You certainly can but its worth while to save up for a relic LC after 6 link opus.

Hi, im "new" ingame, i played before but now im paying atention (?)

I was using Neversink build but since he didnt write what skills we needed in raider ascendacy i check arly's build.

DarthPadme is the ranger im using right now, i dont like LA too much, idk maybe because for now TS was better, i will change the tree to this build but i will use TS, any advice? or should i go LA? why is better? or its just what ever i want?

Gear atm, need to save up for a 6l opus and then a 5 or 6link foil coil

Died a lot again today. Get frustrated. Switch to some other chars. Other char playstyle feel not good. (bladevortex to slow, vaal fireball feel clunky in a lot of situation) back to life bow raider. Bought some new stuff

Reroll:
temp chains
chilled ground
no leech
ele reflect

Need I reroll more map mods?
Died against volatile, reflect on -max resi, and once against the blade flurry boss with poison mod.

You can download my pob file. I would suggest following the gear pattern I used there. Just at a glance you're missing life on several gear slots. If you feel squishy at 5500 life, acro, coil and high vinktar upkeep then the only option is to go to a more expensive CI variant though just the skyforth needed for that is noticeably more than the entire cost of this build.

The play style revolves around flask charges gained to have a high upkeep on vinktar which is really what keeps you alive vs the toughest content.
