this part is not clear. frequency is not measured in ms but in hertz. if you mean base hit interval then please clear this up. confusing for me.

Damn raider is actually viable now.
Of course 95% of them are going Avatar of Slaughter/Avatar of Chase, so the other buffs aren't as significant.
Overall pretty good patch, kind of disappointed there is no tweaking to life/ES though.
You shouldnt be going for those, you can just pop a flask to get onslaught.

Why exactly was Rumi's nerfed AGAIN? This flask is one of the few available things that help my armor based, staff templar survive a tiny bit better.
Also, no changes at all to any of the actual serious issues (HP vs ES, armor and evasion being bad, overtuned damage of monsters, double and triple dipping, sonic speed and other meta garbage).
Ascendant is still being ignored entirely as well, a second class citizen forever?
Meh, not even going to bother this time.

definitely not enough, with only 35% more damage im going to say blight is still going to be unplayable.
its aoe is far too bad and the damage is still far too low. i would say maybe 80-90% more damage
would be the right buff to blight and maybe some increase aoe. or improve cast speed, by reducing cast time.
