Depends on your playstyle. If you just chain indoor maps like Toxic Sewer or Underground Sea, you love the Quicksilver Flask. Why having just 150 % Movement Speed if you can have 250%?
I really like Min/Maxing in PoB, but sometimes just raw Numbers are missleading for Clearspeed. If your goal is Speedclearing, Movementspeed is everything. That was my reason to drop a lot of "raw" Damage to get ~+70-80% Movementspeed.

And i would like to recommend the "overlooked" stats on Abyss Jewels like Phasing or Onslaught on Kill. (If not getting per CoH) They are great Utility Stats.

can confirm about the quicksilver, it's a matter of preference, I never scaled too much evasion on my gear (like, on the shield), because I went for attack speed on it, so while mapping with fast parties I used a quicksilver flask of adrenaline with extra charges or extra effect, especially for poorjoy's asylum rotations. Though if you hit a decent amount of evasion on gear and can get a diamond flask with evasion roll, you could switch to a Stibnite flask of adrenaline with extra charges which it proves to be very useful in higher tier maps with dangerous mods like beyond, not to mention abysses and breaches: the smoke cloud which blinds enemies is a great defensive boost against mobs and melee bosses

Was reading the above posts and I agree that it seems impossible to drop the life flask, how is that even possible?! I can understand bossing without a life flask cuz the life leech is enough to sustain, but during general mapping there are so many things that can kill without a life flask - desecrated/burning ground, exploding stuff, beasts that crap green stuff on you, red ball throwing dudes from null portals that deal a shit ton of damage to name a few.

Which brings me to another point... How on earth do people use Vinktar flask for mapping? With flask on some of the stuff mentioned above can near instant kill due to the 50% increased damage taken. Again I can understand if it is used for bossing, but as it is now I never use my Vinktar due to the huge risk involved.

...or the degen effect from blood rage, to name another one.
Btw I kept using a life flask even for bossing, it can really save your life when the extra evasion from a jade flask isn't enough. And it's essential for encounters like guardian of the chimera, which is hard to sustain with just the leech.
In my last Shaper's run I swapped the life flask in the last phase with an Atziri's promise just to try out a huge dps boost and see in how many seconds I could take him down.

Dude, the Pathfinder takes the "Master Alchemist" ascendancy, which makes us immune to elemental ailments (shock, freeze and ignite) during any flask effect, including the Vinktar itself: so basically every flask in your belt will give you immunity to shock.

PS: Atziri's Promise with highest roll on elemental damage is a pretty nice alternative to the Vinktar, for the two uses available, the chaos resistance against certain bosses (+ 53% total with the pathfinder buffs) and the extra chaos damage.

OMG i didn't know about the immune to shock thing. I must have got hit by a few big hits and thought it was due to Vinktar, thanks for that and I'll try it out again.

np :) remember that Vinktar also adds 9% maximum resistances to lightning, so makes your character even tankier against that damage.
the pathfinder doesn't have any form of physical mitigation, other than having a small life pool compared to other builds (mine has 5400 life), so if dodge and evasion don't work you will likely take a lot of damage even from a few hits (like the most ranger builds)
I got around 5.8k Life with my Budget Wander in Bestiary

Gear is in the My Gear Section of the Guide, DPS is around 1.3 mill against shaper.

I guess it's time for some Simon & Garfunkel - The Sound of Silence..

An incoming nerf to Barrage.. so, ohh another Nerf.
Kind of funny i recently said in my stream that it seems like wander are more and more pushed down from the end game bossing tier, down to the pure mapping builds.

Anyways.. basically this means either we get something that is compensating that nerf or we get something new... or we "just" have to throw couple more exalts into that build to make it end game bossing - viable.. *sigh*

Make's me kinda feel bad for all the future guide follower's, but yeah let's just stay positive, right.. right?

a small suggestion would be to get the right enchantment on the boots. You are scaling lightning damage, not fire damage with this build.

Change the thunderfist for tombfist with 2 abyssal sockets. Use a searching and a murderous jewel to get the intimidate + maim bonus. Maybe change to a stygian vise belt to gain an additional jewel socket.

Change the enchant on amulett from cold to lightning damage (same reason as for the boots).

Besides from that, the same applies for your build as for mine and others. Better gear with flat rolls on lightning and attack speed with high life rolls is the way to go (an expensive way, but we knew that beforehand, did we not :) ?)

Edit: I took a look at your tree... man. Your jewels suck. You basically need to change all of them for abyss jewels with flat lightning dmg and life!

So the abyss jewels with lightning damage are better than the 7% hp jewels with atk speed/crit multi?
Should I also switch out the Static Electricity at this point?

Having a hard time finding a Stygian Vise and Amulet atm, even on PoE trade.
Guess I'll have to grab a Tombfist.

i'd be more worried if they nerfed abyss jewels tbh, if they stay the same then barrage will still have insane dps potential with jewels + tombfist + bubonics etc.

can anyone tell me if i set up correctly?
Should I be using tempest binding or is rat's nest better?
