What maps works the best with this build?

Hi everyone!

I've just started this build and i'm loving it already. I'm on very low levels atm and I'm having some mana sustaining issues. Can you please check my profile and help me with what's missing? Thanks in advance

Why double vaal grace?

I did a quick check on your profile, at level 22 the build is just starting out, so expect a few things to not work out that well.

You are only using one herald reserving a small amount of mana. I think your problem is you need to use a different flask, Grand Mana Flask recovers mana over *10 seconds*! That is really really slow. Try changing out for flasks that have a faster recovery rate.

Also as general advice, when levelling I personally use 2 life, 2 quicksilver, and 1 mana flask (you shouldn't ever really need more than one mana flask) and I find that works well enough for me.

I believe it is recommended to use double vaal grace because it has a very short duration (<10 seconds linked with increased duration), and patch 3.0 changed vaal skills to require double the amount of souls to activate. Especially with the latter point, you will find yourself without the ability to use vaal grace a lot of the time, and certainly not have it during boss fights.

One thing I am curious about - is there a case to use one vaal grace and have it linked to two support gems?

Got this wand for 15 ex on abyss _) did i get rippped off? Is it better then piscators?
My 1st wander so got some learning to doo. Second question whi my pob shows dps so low whit my gear and 20/20 quality gems ? i am not running bad jewels either but still getting total dps on 480k what is like really low dont think some better rings and amulets + couple of skillpoints add 2 mill+ dps ): maiby some1 can advice me.? WOuld be really thankful.

Wand is good, however, as many have mentioned (myself included a few pages back) - a Piscator will almost always be higher DPS, and it costs 2c instead of 15ex.

The OP contradicts this, but I believe it comes pretty close if you have properly set up 6+ Abyss Jewels. The only way I can see a rare wand beating out Piscator + 6-8 Abyss Jewels is if you have something like 65% Ele to Attack on BOTH opal rings... So you're talking about throwing dozens of exalts into rings, alongside 20-30ex (or more) on a GG rare wand... to MAYBE squeek out 5% more overall DPS than a 2c piscator...

Save your currency.

If anything, a "Corrupted with Culling" piscator will outweigh even a 5% or 10% increase in DPS, since we are talking about boss-killing, and will be cheaper to buy (or craft) than a 30ex rare wand.

I highly recommend you, and everybody, personally input their build into PoBuilding and try out wands WITH proper jewels before going ham on spending unnecessary exalts.
You may be surprised. I personally LOSE 10%+ dps using the wand you linked above over a piscator, because I run 6 Abyss jewels all with 80+ flat elemental damage.
