Third and most important: When im in maps, sometimes got physical degeneration debuff (corrupted blood) and automaticaly my life dissapear. Isnt that an Ailment? Why when i crush the flasks dont dissapear? Im not inmune to that?

Bleed is a degen, not an Aliment. You need something like "Seething Divine Life Flask of Staunching" Instant recovery and removes bleeding ^^ Maps with Vul + Bleeding monsters gotta be fast on hitting that flask. ^^

Gents it outperforms piscator so I won't anul and risk unless I can afford a better one :) Or is there a way to not risk the good rolls?

decent/good piscator with culling strike its hard to beat and if doesnt go over 10% more dmg aint worth it

You probably forget the fact that manaleech is not instant. That's why OoM happens :P

This would be good to clarify. Maybe I missed something when searching online but couldn't find how long does it take to apply mana leech. So what is the exact amount of mana vs leech vs regen we need to be not oom?

Can someone give me tips on what my next update should be?
This is the best build I've ever played (thanks to the guide's author), but I have the feeling that it's a long way from getting to a better level.
My Setup 1 (Thunderfist + Licosidae) = life: 4.336 | Barrage: 38.398 | KB: 37.928
My Setup 2 (Gripped Gloves + Rare Shield) = Life: 4.595 | Barrage: 34.630 | KB (only) 26.061 :(
PS: I Have 50 exalts to spend now.

Hey the Reason why your DPS drop's is, without Lycosidae, you will need flat Accuracy on gear most likely.
You need a Chance to Hit above 90% (!)
I mean, you will lose DPS either way, but you will get more Life which is important for late game.

That's why Barrage DPS drops badly.
Don't worry so much about Kinetic Blast, it's for trash.

You are also using the wrong Vinktar's you are getting exactly 0 bonus from that.

You also should drop the crit multi points up top and get the 3 flask nodes .. and drop either one of the life clusters or the 4 points past acrobatics and get the revenge of the hunted points that gives a huge bonus to life/evasion.
