Hey everyone noob question here.

I just started getting into path of building and i like it a lot but i'm confused about the numbers im getting relating to my ruby flask and my potency jewel. It feels like removing them doesn't reduce my damage as much as it should.

Does pob calculate the number of projectiles correctly?
I have a dying sun, the conquerors potency jewel, the right ascendancy tree and the alchemist passive skill. Am I missing flask effectiveness somewhere like an idiot?

How can I make sure ingame that I have the correct number of projectiles?

for me, pob calculates it correctly. be sure that you take uber lab nodes too

Would you mind checking out my gear and letting me know what I need to improve. I am still leveling and qualitying my gems, so I know that is an issue.

Really having a hard time figuring out what want to get to replace the piscators.

Edit: I can't figure out why I am missing a projectile in POB. I have the nodes, all the ascendency points and the jewel. Still listed as 8 projectiles.

EditEdit: Turns out PoB is bugged with the jewel. You have to delete it and add it in and it shows the 9th proj just fine.

My Gear Sitting at 36k dps, aside from 20/20'ng all my gems. What do you think is the next step.

Replace Life or Jade flask for a Diamond Flask with the same roll's either the Life or Jade flask has.

Other than that, focus on better rare item's, i would try to get different jewel's with Life and two dps stats.

In terms of what to uprade next etc. i would like to refer to the 1st part of the video.
Scaling the Single Target, anything else should be no problem.

You also have the static electricity in the wrong spot if you want to get max use of it. switch it with the conqueror potency jewel since there is 30dex in that circle then.

Do you still need the +30 str node you have ? And you should get the proper enchant on your boots for a huge dps bonus for bosses.

Ya. Watched the vid I know my rings aren’t great but I am getting sooooo much resist off the ruby. I need something with crit on it though.

Have all my barrage gems qualities and am working on their levels. Clear speed is basically a non issue. Single target is lower than I would like.

I have no clue how to pick out a wand I am confindent is better than piscator and is worth the money. They are so damn expensive in harb

Thanks. I forgot to swap it back. Moved it while trying to figure out why I wasn’t getting the 9th projectile. Really I just need to replace it.

I will check on the str node. I was using decoy but think I am good enough for wed without it.

I was working on my enchant last night. Currently going for 7ex so I was trying to farm myself. That’s what I landed on before calling it a night.

Well Shield and Belt don't have a lot Resist.
I would replace those to make room on the Ring's
