First time playing as Wander.

Is it worth changing Rat's Nest for The Tempest's Binding(wearing it atm)?

I'm saving some currency, and i'd like to know if Rat's nest is still the best option for +2 barrage Enchantment.

I have already done shaper, not a easy fight but spent 3 portals.

Having a ton of fun with this build so far. My gear sucks and I haven't done anything higher than T5 yet but I can feel the build's potential there and can't wait to tackle the endgame.

I'm having the pretty standard problem, good clear speed but bosses take forever (and I barely have over 4K HP). I have about 110c to spend, should I get better rares or save up for Dying Sun/Vinktars first?

You are a pathfinder you need dying/vinks.

should be priority.

Well Mathil is not always right, (bit shocked about that fact too)

The Gem Setup he is using, is reaching 2/3 of my DPS (yes with a piscator on my gear setup)

Also he was mentioning to use Elemental Focus as a 6th link, with Immolate... just saying, that can't work at all.

Tempest Binding is a Noob Trap, it's basically a bad 6Link, yeah you get frenzy charge's but you would run Blood Rage either way because it's giving you juicy attack speed.
Also Innervate is cool but you will pretty much only have it up killing trash, so useless.

A Rat's Nest/ Starkonja combo with Thunderfists will always do the same job by a much cheaper cost, also leaving you room to focus on the main "problem" single-target DPS. and for that Rat's Nest is BIS

Stay strong, +2 Barrage, Empowered Wrath, Empowered Blood Rage.
Still things where you can scale the DPS, also you are on the way to get the good Wand Node's in the Tree.

If you like temporary Buff's that you don't need (trash mob's low map tier bosses) then go ahead.

This Build here is focused on true endgame, with dangerous mod's where you need reliable DPS and Defense, rather then "oh look i'm bigger than my screen for 10 sec" "look my dps is soo high, killing trash so fast"...

Harbinger Helmet is a Noob Trap, i'm thinking of writing a song about it, since so many ask me about it lol.

It's just such a bad option, seriously.. 3 Link Kinetic Blast is enough, Barrage is the scaling-thirsty skill here.

Oh btw. you can have similar "fun" with this build too, replace Boot's for some Rare's with resists and use this belt.

I took your build and kinda tweakd it(its not better just i wanted to do my thing) and i was hoping you(or anyone) could help me with what to upgrade or what i do wrong, i have pretty decent gear, i do miss some crucial stuff but still i feel my barrage dps is low compared to what i see other people have.

Hey guys, just a quick tip that helped me increase barrage dps quite a bit.

+2 projectile enchant is insane! Enchated rat's nest are 34ex atm, starconja 24+ ex (none of these are in my budget) so I bought +2 proj devoto's for 210C and boy what a difference it makes vs random rats nest. I would say that was the bigest upgrade I made for reasonable price.

progressing so far so good... decided to try it out after getting a dying sun in a trade
same old problem (low single target) and need to know what to work for next im able to kill t11 bosses but its very touch and go...

i feel like my crit chance is low(51%) so im rushing the wand crit nodes but maybe i should get a good crit Aspeed jewel before the wand nodes

because my crit is so low im having a hard time keeping power charges with herald of ice.. i see most people triggering herald every time they KB but its rare for me

any pointers or tips for my gear and what to get next.. i think at the moment im going for 1 jewel and then 6l?
