[2.6] SignalShot™ CI Full Ele Conversion TS/Barrage / Shaper & Uber Deathless / with video!

After another lucky reliquary. I have set up an IIQ/R weapon swap for trash clearing in maps. It has been quite effective with no discernible loss in clear speed. The currency drops are insane, especially on maps with breach league stones.

the budget skill tree is based on what level char? im bout to hit lvl 95 and i still needs like 6 points to match it.. o.o is something wrong with me or?

I'm pretty sure the budget tree is based on level 100. If I recall correctly, it says one point remaining which is the skill point you opt not to take when you help Alira in Merciless for the power charge.

Is anyone else able to build me a life based version of this for starting out? I don't have access to any gear at all, so I was thinking of starting out life based and transitioning to CI later. Seems leveling without picking up any life nodes will be pretty rough.

I've created a sample tree below, but would love some feedback or some improvements if possible.

I've done two life based bow characters in legacy hardcore. One windripper mf/mapping and the other death's opus.

My profile is public, you can look at the character "sneezy_anus" (its a gamegrumps reference lol) to see how I had the magic finding setup going. I'll have a full guide on it done hopefully within the next 2 days. It's a sick character, costs next to nothing and can do magic finding or swapped into a dps/mapping setup. Good bang for you buck and lasted to 92 in LHC before the washington DC server had an instance crash and I logged into standard.

Also that's a good setup to play with until you can convert into CI and more of a signalshot setup.

I think that build is fine for leveling, but Imo you should respec and go CI at 68.
I leveled following the budget build as a poor player (still am poor). It got a bit rough making it through merciless but I survived.. as long as you aren't playing hardcore... getting vinktars flask was what really changed everything for me with this build. Even with low es and pretty bad gear, I can cut through mid tier content like butter.
