" Well persnally i would switch belt to rare with 120+ life and high resistances, should cost like 10-15c, Ruby ring is totally trash, you should get cast speed + high life + resistances (depends how much you can spend here on resistances), diamond flask not that good as silver flask for 20% atk+cast speed. The rest thing is okay i think, maybe u tank too much? We are casters, not a tanks.. I'm running life version with some es pieces (and es shield for more crit+life) and dont have much trouble. Some breaches are hard at t13+ maps, but i think its normally, because we need to wait a bit until totems start to kill things around, and in that time it can be painful. Weapon i would change too, AOE is okay, but too much wont help.. You should look for a wand with 85+ crit for spells, 60+ spelldmg, 10-20+ cast speed. Or a dagger with same stats, but its very expensive, or need a lot luck to craft it. Casting speed is most important stat in this build, if you have much, totems cast fast and kill things around fast, if you wait until they cast, the monsters around you just kill you.. Amulet is always the offensive piece. You should get here over spelldmg a cast speed !! 10+, crit multi 25+, high life, and if possible spelldmg/resistances on top of that. But personally i recommend to go on this piece more offensive and on other pieces to stack resistances (for example on that replace of ruby ring,, it should be similar as that moonstone ring) The quicksilver flask is also optional, i think this one is way better. It gives you movement speed, attack speed for whirling blades + cast speed for your totems and with movement speed roll it almost the same as quicksilver. And for that quicksilver you can replace with 1 panic flask with insta recovery + freeze immunity. By the way, find white flasks or with quality one and make them close to (or 20%), it gives +duration or amount of life recovered. Not a expensive thing, but huge help :) My gear looks like this: (5.3k life, 1.3k shield + double curse or optional Anger + Temporal chains). Having a Blast (Kappa) with this build in Breach Hardcore. I went for a Hybrid Tukohama's and its working quite well. Sitting at about 4K HP + 6K ES. Thanks for the sick build.

So I'm a lv72 newbie Inquisitor, that just found his 1st Exalt. In total I have around 80c worth of currency if I sell the exalt. So I thought its a good time to upgrade. But in this game, with this build its very confusing whats a upgrade...and the prices are varying wildly. I have seen downgrades worth 30c on poe trade..so yeah its very easy to get trapped. I could use some help, should i go ES now or stay Life? get 6 socket armor or not? Most seem corrupted. Lots of questions. I die alot in the tier4+ maps and breaches. Damage seems still to be reasonable. Staying alive not so much. Capped 75% lighting, fire and cold around 50% in merci. 3.3k life 400ES

Been learning the game and a friend recommended this build. I'm loving it. I'm a bit confused with Ascendancy points, in terms of where to spend them. It it just preference or is there specific places in ascendancy tree to spend them? I'm inquisitor/life-based.

Have been running a 75% chaos res Low-Life Hybrid for quite some time (really like the build: it is very competitive while still running a 5L).
Running Anger, Haste, Clarity, Discipline and Blasphemy-Temporal Chains. Steppan Eard is BiS for this build as it has high ES and Desecrated Ground is nasty for LL hybrids. Running about 500 life, 8000 ES, and 7K tooltip (with Auras) Someone requested me to post build and gear, so here goes (BTW: comments on tree and gear VERY welcome, especially on my flask choices). I know that I need to improve on: - getting a 6L, but for this build I need one with Chaos Resistance (preferably high) and high ES and they are few and far between. - getting rings with high ES% crafted on them (waiting to see what 6L I get before finalizing them) - thinking about removing Firewalking, Melding and the Merciless Alira Power Charge (I simply don't use power charges enough in my play style, guess I am too lazy) and filling up the ES wheel instead - need to get an enchantment on my gloves (or buy a bunch and corrupt one to +1) And my choice of weapon is controversial, but I like the 25% movement speed reduction (which applies to bosses). I will go dagger if I can get a *really* good one... " 1) Your tree has old choices and original choices. It has right choices and wrong choices. Unfortunately, all original choices are wrong, and all right choices are old. Most glaring problem is 4 nodes wasted on power charges, which, as you are not taking other crit nodes, are largely wasted. You either go full crit or you do not go crit at all. My *strong* suggestion would be to follow the trees that are suggested on page 1. Crit builds are somewhat complex: only diverge if you *really* know what you are doing. 2) I would stay life at the moment. Good ES gear tends to be more expensive and 80c will only take you so far. If you want to go all the way to Shaper, Breachlords and Uber Atziri, you will probably have to go CI or (low-life hybrid which is even more expensive) some point but that is very far off at the moment. 3) Replace the non-cast speed dagger with a shield. If your damage is OK, then you need defense more than a 2nd dagger. 4) Uncapped fire and cold resistances are deadly once you hit Act3 in Merciless. Merciless is balanced around 75% resistance. If you have 50% resistance, the effective damage is *double* that of 75% resistance. You have numerous places where your masters can craft some extra resists on your gear. 5) You can run content 7 levels below your character level (if you go lower, an xp penalty kicks in). So don't run maps if they kill you. Stop running maps, farm Dried lake until you hit level 75, then farm Tier 1 maps until you are level 76 etc. Once you hit level 80, you can run content 8 levels below your character level. The extra levels will give you more dps and life, more time to farm gear. 6) If you decide to go crit (you should), your ammy is your biggest issue at the moment. Get a cheap ammy with high life, decent cast speed and high crit multiplier. For the rest, try to find *cheap* upgrades and fix it with masters. At the moment you do not need expensive gear, and who knows what you will find or buy. Keep the 80c in the pocket. Ideally you want to save and scrimp to get a good 6L ES armor so you can transit to CI and they will cost a few exalts. Grab, identify and sell ALL rares you find. Do the chaos recipe a lot.
