It's not a 13 week development cycle, it's a 13 week supporter-pack cycle. You can play any build you want, as long as it's the current meta. |

I was already unenthusiastic about playing the same builds for this expansion, this doesn't help.

They were either way too strong and nerfing them later would have pissed of the community or way too weak and the community would have tag them as another useless set of skills (magma orb, ice Crash, ect...)
