Is ascension MANDATORY to be eligible for 'class prizes' in this event? And will each ascension subclass be treated as individual classes for the purposes of the 'class prize' category?

Failed to join instance. I cant enter weaver's chamber while I can go any other zones. How to play? Its been 5mins of trying.

So Weaver's Chamers just gives me Failed to join any instances. I restarted the game and reset the area is that just me or anyone else have this?
