[2.4 updates] Voltaxic Volley Fire Barrage Deadeye -- Well Barrage is now #1 Bow Skill

Heya! So what else beneficial you get to the build from Kaom's Heart besides the flat 500 life ? I don't really like evasion in general, so any alternatives to what has been listed by OP/others would be greatly appreciated.

Also, how about Choir of the Storm amulet for science ?

Changed from Lightning Arrow to this and lost like 6k tooltip dps.
With the same gear. So yeah i dunno if this got nerfed or something. I mean i like it better than Lightning Arrow but the damage seems pretty lackluster.

Btw go for Vaal Pact for better survival.

Currently level 89 with this build in BHC. How important is getting the third Volley Fire setup? I prioritized life and defense and am just now getting around to the third one but I am unsure if it is even needed. Thanks for the build guide.

What about Snakebites to apply poison? Anyone tried it?

How does this hold up in 2.5? Also is going for raider instead of deadeye an option with all the frenzy charges?

Yeah, the build does not hold up and feels extremely weak.

Cant say for end game (guardians/shaper) but ive started one few days ago, im mid merciless and its good so far and pretty cheap to fund, will tell more when i reach maps. Very fun anyway.

in 2.5 switch to assassin as the ascendency, damage is way better than ranger because of the 100% more damage with poison on crit. At level 80 my dps is around 42k with all charges + atziri flask (not including poison dps with ascendency). I think with a dying sun flask + 1 arrow in drillneck, a wither totem and gettting point blank node can definitely make this shaper viable.


For the rest of the 10 levels i'm going to invest into more life nodes, after that I'll prob sit around 5.5k life You can see my character Biophaze__ for gear reference if you want.

Just started playing the Build again after a while and it`s still viable in 2.5.
Awesome clear speed, great single target damage.
The Survivability is as bad as with every Life based Builds atm, but the movement and attack speed makes it pretty easy to dodge. Haven't tried Shaper yet, but T15 works.
