Just wondering; What order is recommended to ascend in?

I'd say:

1. Rupture
2. Powerful Precision
3. Fast and Deadly
4. Far Shot
You don’t stop playing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop playing.

Thanks~ Ascended on my Essence Barrager, and I could justify any of the choices except Far Shot so I wasn't sure which way to go.
I think Far Shot is contributing a lot to the offscreen melting of mobs but I also thought about the +1 projectile or the +1 chain. I think OP mentioned that 1 extra arrow doesn't add to much on this set up and chain doesn't do as much as well since e.g. on solo bosses chain will do nothing. Basically the 4th is just a matter of preference.
You don’t stop playing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop playing.
Well I know without a corrupted Drillneck, the OP has 100% pierce so Chain will do nothing at all.

I was pretty tempted by the +1 Projectile, mostly 'cause I have a +1 Drillneck on Standard and thought it'd be amusing to have 3x Volley Fire, Volley Fire Helm Enhancement, +1 Drillneck, +1 Mastery, Reach of the Council... And the possibility of GMP and LMP, of course. All of the arrows~

But I'll just go with your list, seems like a good way to go I think~

The only problem with this build is that it only really comes into it's own once you get the 3 Volley fire jewels, which at the moment cost 90-120 chaos.

As someone who's played "only" 320 hours, that's expensive.

Volley fires only got this expensive when the build was showcased in the Build of the week. Seriously these videos only do harm...

They are about 15c now on ESC. I paid around 20c for them last week. Still worth it ;)
You don’t stop playing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop playing.
Clever use of poe.trade helps a lot here, I got one of them for 1c, the others for 15-20c. The difference between a 6% and a 10% one is pretty large as well btw so keep an eye on that. It's still worth it and make sure you're getting at least 2 before swapping over to barrage.

Personally I got rid of one and dropped down to 2 so I could get a little STR/INT on my third jewel and drop some nodes near Acro as I went IR. Two is plenty, Three is amazing though.
How abut "Point Blank" its work with "Powerful Precision" and "Far Shot"?
well nice
i just too lazy to level up
after 2nd time on aztiri and die use up 6 portal got a bit rage quit
First time easiy clear without die on aztiri die 2 time on 2nd spike boss forgot to use skill
Enjoy Legacy!!!!

No it doesn't. You're in Standard, right? Message all the people without a price listed for 20c or less. Maybe even 15c. You will get some bites. This is how I've been buying Volley Fire jewels for 3 leagues now. I never buy them at list price from the people with buyouts.

...I love the build but I'm just wondering about the use of the curse on hit setup with assassins mark since most of the mobs already die off-screen and only the few mobs that can get close to you get cursed. Maybe it's safer in the long run to just a defensive curse but OP already included that.

I personally have a 4L with a CoH using a second Barrage to curse things. I fire that once and then fire my primary. Hits everything my primary attack will hit, so it's extremely effective.

Though I don't use the Frenzy setup he uses. It's not effective enough imo. (If I had dual or tricurse I'd just replace Faster Attacks, or move it to the 5L)
El Psy Congroo.
