Ahhh, I got you man. Yeah, aegis builds are really not too viable lately considering all the secondary damages/unblockable skills, and crazy DoT that's going on.
As far as vortex goes, it's really so OP it doesn't take much, if you look at my build I devote most of my passives to being tanky, and then just have some jewels etc... I can't speak for everyone, but I don't know of any latency issues with Vortex as of yet. There are a ton more laggy skills out there. im playing from Asia so i dont know, if i can do it with vortex gameplay.
Anyway, im trying to figure out passive tree for vortex (not BV)/aegis build.
