It almost certainly uses the distance from the double to the monster. It may be relevant, though, that Close Combat doesn't support skills that create minions. The Reflection clones aren't exactly Minions, but I'm not sure that they work with Close Combat regardless.

A couple questions of my own:

* If I have Empower/Enlighten in sockets in my alternate weapon swap to gain experience, does it matter if the weapon has the "+% to quality of socketed gems" craft so that the gems gain experience faster, or does that only work when the weapon is active?
* When the Jinxed Juju amulet makes Spectres take damage from their life before mine, is that damage modified by my resists, the Spectre's, or both? Can the damage stun the Spectres and/or apply Ailments?
* If I have the craft "+ to Armour during Soul Gain Prevention", does that Armour get taken into account for the buff from Vaal Molten Shell? What about the Adamant passive's "+250 to Armour while affected by a Guard skill buff"?

How much CDR should I get on an full Trigger build using Vengeance, Reckoning and Riposte?
What is the falling time between each arrow of Blast Rain?
I see that Herald of Ash no longer burns with ignite damage as of 3.0.0.

Does this mean that it can now stack with (a separate source of) ignite damage?

I tried to test this with Fireball but it's hard to tell if enemies take damage from only the highest burn or from stacking burns.

Aura effect cannot be applied to Awakened Blasphemy.

When can you fix it?
So I made a self igniting necro, which should proc cwdt desecrate whenever I ignite (eye of innocence necklace). I have cyclone+CoC+volatile dead etc as main skill (with 100% ignite chance). It works well against multiple mobs, but I don't get the expected procs of volatiles (or really desecrates) when fighting a boss.
I should be igniting 10+ times every second, so I'm wondering if my ignites are only able to double ignite every ~4 seconds and all other ignites don't stick?

Is overcapped block recorded and used anywhere?
If I have 60% block chance with no max block chance modifiers and equip a Kiloava Lethal Pride with a keystone in radius, I would expect to have a block chance of 75%. If I was using a Duskdawn staff and had the Arcane Swiftness notable allocated, would I have +75% crit multi (staff)/ 75% increased spell damage(node) or 120%/120%?

I see no reason the burn debuff shouldn't stack with Ignite.

If you're referring to "increased effect of non-Curse Auras from your Skills", those don't affect Curse Auras produced by Blasphemy Support. Look for Curse effect modifiers instead.

Effects which scale with resistances distinguish just "resistance" (e.g. Voice of the Storm) and "uncapped resistance" (e.g. The Wise Oak). Effects which scale from block chance most likely work the same way; the block cap chance implicitly applies unless the effect specified uncapped block chance.
Blasphemy Support can be equipped with the Skill Effect sold by point stores.

Awakened Blasphemy Support is not even marked on the carry-on.
(item window that comes out when you press k)

It is not possible to fit the skill effect purchased from the point store.

Sorry, I thought you meant "Aura effect" as in modifiers to the magnitude of aura modifiers, not cosmetic effects. That should probably go in the bug forum. It almost certainly shouldn't go in the gameplay forum, since it's kind of the opposite of gameplay.
