Mechanical Questions Thread

Hi,

I am wondering if the Baron helmet leech work with Ghost Reaver.
So would the leech that the zombies provide apply to Energy Shield instead?
I read many different things on the internet, I seek confirmation from GGG.
Hi people,
By connecting Spell Totem support to righteous fire
When using righteous fire as a Totem
Does the skill option is in the player to absorb 1% of the damage caused by totems apply?

Hi people,

So, how do work blighted maps drops?
I'm doing a lot of Elder Alleways, and only got t2 or t3 blighted maps from Cassia.

It is right drop only adjacent tiers rather the real tier i'm doing?

Only Hits can Leech, not Damage over Time, which Righteous Fire deals. Righteous Fire Totems can't leech life to themselves or you.

I'm the one who inquired about the blade storm. I'm not sure what "Strike" skills are. What I'm curious about is not the cyclone skill, but why the range of blade storms and ice shocks is different. The knife-edge storm only covers the effect range (%), and the ice impact also covers the effect range (%) and the range of close-range weapons and unarmed attacks (+).I'm very curious about the reason for this.
I apologize, I'm having trouble understanding you. These are the Strike skills. They swing your weapon in an arc, and and monster inside that arc is hit by the skill. I don't know what you mean by "ice shock" and "ice impact"; are you talking about Ice Crash? If you're asking why they have different ranges, it's just a design decision.
Is it possible for projectiles from molten strike or molten burst to return to you? Since they're ground targeted, my personal guess would be that they don't, but I'm not sure.
I make dumb builds, therefore I am.
I think the translation went wrong. It's Ice Crash. As a result of testing, it is obvious that the blade stom is applied with the effect range (%).What I'm really curious about is the range of close and unarmed attacks and the range of weapons? Is it just a matter of design? These two questions are important questions that can change my passive. Please answer.
Zealotry watcher's eye jewel

I would like to know the mod "Critical Strikes Penetrate X% of Enemy Elemental Resistances while affected by Zealotry". Does it interact with mine/trap critical strike? or only initial strikes can be applied in this case.
What is the heal from Maligaro's Lens classified as? Is it just straight recovery?

It doesn't seem like a buff or aura really fits the bill. I want to know if it's possible to scale the area at all. It seemed like the new Necromancer's Plaguebringer "If you've Consumed a corpse Recently, you and your Minions have 30% increased Area of Effect" helped, but other sources of Minion Area of Effect do not seem to be having an effect.
Hey there, so Azyran's Reward divination card can result in a corrupted watchers eye, but yet my card (Mitts) which gives a unique pair of gloves does not give atziris acuities.

I hope that's a bug with Azyran's Reward, because if not I'm going to be severly disappointed in the pool from which my card grants uniques from vs other cards.
Why would that card grant a gated item when mine does not?

Traps, mines, and totems benefit from your offensive modifiers, so yes, your traps and mines will penetrate resistances, provided Zealotry is affecting you (it doesn't matter whether Zealotry affects your traps, mines, or totems).

It's just life recovery, not leech or regeneration. It's not a buff or aura. Since it's not a skill, I don't think Area of Effect modifiers would affect it. Most likely there's no way to increase the definition of "nearby" on the item.

The rule for divination cards which grant a random unique items is that they can grant any item that's part of the normal drop pool, including league-restricted items. They can't grant boss drops (such as Atziri's Acuity), vendor-only uniques, lab-only uniques, or any other unique item that couldn't drop from a normal monster of the appropriate level. Since there's exactly one prismatic jewel fitting that description (the Anima Stone), the developers made an exception for Azyran's Reward, but there are plenty of unique gloves available for Mitts.
