How does this Build perform with 3.9 and the overtuned...ähm..everything?

now that its only possible to craft 2 mods on a weapon using multicraft, what would u advise to craft on a bow that only has "+1 to level of socketed gems"?a | |

When I load up the build in POB, the gear Ghazzy has in there has zero ele resists. Is this intentional? Are we supposed to totally ignore them once we get the Escape Artist node? I always thought having all 75% resists was mandatory for all builds.

Can't do red maps with my gear, getting one shot/dealing low damage
