Tommie, as soon as the boots are copied 1 more time, andy is getting the boots back, simple as that. This has been said multiple times and is still the case. He's not running off with them and selling them to someone ala Rune Spell. There are undoctored discord logs showing they explicitly talked about this. Trust me, there are several people who would rather him just vaal the boots or just return to him as a suffix base in which demi received them, but the deal needs to play out like it should. Right this minute, if Andy OR ANYONE were to go copy those boots, demi would give them back immediately, even after everything Andy did. I think once this happens people will finally starT to chill.

For the record they are both fucktarded for doing such a hastily made agreement and I'm against the thing as a whole, but it has to play out like this or you are rewarding Andy's behavior, blackmail, and witch-hunts. And again, I have all of my logs showing him trying to GIVE ME THE BOOTS BECAUSE HE WAS QUITTING before he even went to Demi - I have these logs. To be fair, i'm pretty sur there is no weight on boots enchant.

It never take more than a few run with Twice Enchanted to get what I want (I used to think that the regen on hit was the rarest but I got it many many time while chasing for crit, same with the penetration one as well).

It's just rng biased. Also why penetration would be rarest than the other, in pve appart from bosses you pretty much never got it on and we all know the game is not balanced around pvp.

People get it mainly for bosses in pve. However leech is often more sought after
