Im just passivley reading the PvP forums (never put a step into pvp in this game - and never will) but oh good god this sub forum is the most delicious of all.

Especially the meme build guides. I laughed my ass off really hard on the EA one.

PVP is a good place to learn about the game, honestly. I've learned more about PoE from doing PVP than during my entire time mapping and such.


Also I'm sure Mulla's heart will thaw now that some genuinely appreciated something he did. He's like the Grinch, only year-round, not just Christmas.

Thats the other reason why i rwad the PvP forums the theoretical contributions sometimes help to optimize my pve builds for more dps or for more facetanking.

i don't get the hate, he's funny.

There's hate because others don't like him calling them out on their shit, and anyone who tries to make excuses just gets him riled up even further. He's also someone of a degree of (what passes for) honor, playing fair by and large, other than being a traitor and using EA, and as such, he holds other people to that standard. He gets angry when people blatantly use unfair shit, so the flurry of insults that he lets loose isn't always perceived as something good. I will say that he comes from a good place, wanting a balanced and fun pvp, where names are made through true kill, not JUST having a crazy build or a credit card with no limit. He's a guy who doesn't tolerate bullshit and will shoot anyone down if they start with any!








He's also an asshole.

I'd love drink whiskey straight from a bottle while listening to pantera on old cd player boombox, and trash a hotel room with Mulla
