Wait.. you are already going es/ci while leveling? that's something i didn't recommend...

check the before going ci leveling tree, taking all the life nodes you can reach, until you hit a certain level (70 ish)

Hello again! So these past few days have been good for me in Prophecy. I managed to get the first ES/Evasion Atziri's Splendour of the league and 6-linked it. I also got a Vertex helmet which is nice, and I'm now leveling 7 enlightens hoping to get one to lvl 4 (which won't be anytime soon because it seems like it takes ages). I'm still rocking the Bino's Knife, and a ES/Evasion shield with high rolls that I got very early in the league.

Here are my defensive stats without any aura/flask:


I'm not res-capped in fire and cold (62% and 61% respectively), but I can still run the uber lab and up to t13 maps without too much trouble (if the mods aren't too deadly).

I'm still not satisfied with my crit rate combined with my chance to hit. This leads to the same problem I have since I'm using this build : I can't rely on life-leech because I only get life back if I kill packed packs of monsters or have a lot of crits in succession, and it doesn't happen that much. Unless I get rid of the phys to lightning gem, my physical damage is too low. I'll do some testing, but since I can shock with the added lightning damage of Herald of Thunder, I might definitely swap this gem for an Increased Critical Strikes one, at least until I have a 300+ pdps rare dagger.

I'm now looking to update my gear. For the moment I'm using a +1 to frenzy Eye of Chayula because I died several times to hit-stun and I really hate this. I understand that it makes me lose considerable potential DPS but since I'm still leveling (87 atm), I'd rather deal less damage than have a chance to die.

Could you tell me what's wrong in my gear, and what I should change first? (I have ilvl 83 Demon Dagger and Imperial Skean that I plan on crafting, which one do you recommend)?

Oh and I'm also stacking up Clasped Mitts to try my hand at chancing the Rampage gloves since they look really powerful. Once again I can't thank you enough for this build, even if I had a lot of tough moments (especially the leveling until multistrike... Ahah), I have a lot of fun. And I've learned to play it better and better and I can now succeed in what seemed impossible few days ago (uber izaro).

Edit: Ah, did some testing. I understand now why the phys to lightning. It seems like the added damage from Herald of Thunder is often not enough to shock the monsters. So the Curse on Hit doesn't work well at all. I tried replacing Hatred with Wrath, but I lose quite the DPS. Will I ever find a solution to this life leech issue? Lol. Right now I have obviously less damage but about three times the life leech.

Edit edit : Tried with hatred + herald of ice. It seems consistent to gain charges when flickering packs.

Taste of Hate would give you more deeps.

Thanks for the answer. It's a 6L, not a 5L :P First of the league, too. I'm still reluctant about throwing that Chayula away. I will though, once my life leech is through the roof. It's right that I need to change that ring. And I don't have the $$ for a taste of hate unfortunately. But I might have soon. Why not craft the dagger? Too many shit possible rolls?
