The key is to have big enough damage per hit. WI is actually very weak against high block builds.

i can kill him with mines only. LA only is not enough because LA shotgun can be blocked. I think i have better damage overall(7149-15136 light damage per hit, 635 crit multi), and LA alone cant kill such very defense focused block builds. LA build shotguns 3 projectiles and sometimes 1 or 2 of them gets blocked and trigger aegis to replenish ES.

these guys have crazy high tempest shield dps, when your attack gets blocked tempest deals like 3k damage and since LA shotguns, due to multiple hits, tempest hits 3 times. They simply one shot when they block an attack. Sonne's tempest is 6 link but because he didnt min max build his well enough, his tempest damage can be managable.

As for UnChanteur, such CI builds are weak to LA. I pvp'ed with him a while ago. He is mobile so i killed him with puncture mines mostly.

I kill Qbot in 3-4 hits, Unchanteur also, dies in 3 hits. Deep_water actually is the most endurant guy in pvp scene and he hits more than other CI tank builds.

On my witch I'm doing pretty much copy of Ghudda's EK flask build, not made for pvp. In Sarn Arena my tempest is block reduction, lightning pen and empower lvl 3 usually, nothing crazy really. But I could try to move it into +1 gems item and use my lvl 4 empower...
