Increased Duration

I love Increased Duration, I really do, but why the hell doesn't the Scion have vendor access to this gem?
All the major duration nodes on the tree are right next to her starting location. Most of the time when I want to do a duration based build I roll a Scion for that very reason, so it bugs the shit out of me that she doesn't have access to this gem.

Think of it as a quality of life change.

For example

vaal disciplin + increased duration + Atziri's Reign

base duration (from vaal) 3sec +73% (id) + 16%
