[3.3] TheAmigoShotz! -Lifebased Windripper Raider! Insane Clearspeed + Deathless Shaper!

I put a Lionseye Fall Jewel in the Templar area to get the
10% chance to generate endurance charges on krit note.
Honestly, i think this is great bc you can grab so many nodes there.
I´m thinking about getting the extra endurance charge
bc frenzy and power are nice but we can´t keep them up during boss fights.
the endurance charges though, should work.

I came back from Path of Exile after a year and I've always wanted to start a Windripper build, and I feel like now is the best time. The thing is that I don't know whether I should go with your passive tree or Niffler's. Are there any major difference aside from the Frenzy charges?
