Couldn't quite squeeze in unique boots - I'd like to have Atziri Steps then I'd definitely go for phase acro.

I'm at 174% uncapped res for fire/lightning/cold. Not much Chaos res, just bit off helmet.
About 5.5/5.6k Life I think, can't remember exactly. Quite low for Kaoms, what you get for running unique helm and gloves and being on right side of tree! Got a couple of life nodes to take, and could take another 2 4% life/8% evasion nodes if I really wanted. And If I push higher levels, I can go for written in blood. That would get me over 6k

Grabbed a few more levels, another ascendancy and finished off some old skill point quests so got all my frenzies now.
Still great at quickly clearing anything around the t10 level. And fine at higher ones as longs as map mods aren't too scary.

Avatar of the Veil is a bit more impactful than I thought, I feel a lot safer now, was running some fairly rippy t14/15 maps with no problem.
Single target still isn't amazing - but possibly spoiled about what good single target looks like - 2/3 years ago I would probably have started a thread called something like 'Ultimate BossKiller'.
But you have to actually respect mechanics a little in Breechlord fights and dodge a few uber izaro attacks. Will try a guardian or two, but think it will be hard work.
Not a lot I can really add damage wise either - Couple of increased nodes, I can 20q a few gems, fix the wed rolls on gear. Nothing huge.
Dying sun might help, but not sure what flask I'd drop.

is this build still viable as of 3/22/2017? also I'm having some survivability issues in atziri runs(idk if it's just cuz im a scrub), but i can run up to t13 (haven't tried any higher) pretty easily. will die every ONCE IN A WHILE getting 1 hit by a mob while not paying attention. Also is Vinktar's still worth/viable after the changes to it?(no more insta leech, reduced %'s, and 1 use per flask instead of 2 now). Could someone possibly check my character to see where I could make some adjustments?

Atziri shouldn't be an issue (Just make sure you use barrage for atziri split phase!)
I did an atziri run in the 60s, without all my ascendancies just fine.
You do need to pay attention, it's not a tanky build at all, defence is movement, killing things first, and leech.
Vinktar is a nice bonus, extra damage and leech, plus autoshocking bosses is nice. But it's not a vital part of the build like in some builds.
What I think is more useful is a wise oak. Best if you can perfectly balance all your resistances, but if not, just make sure your biggest damage element (Lightning probably) is highest res.

Your gear is decent. Not totally sure about quiver, but extra arrow is always good.
I'd be tempted to recraft the chest with either flat evasion or flat life essences. Pretty sure you can get a better one quite easily. How is your life total?

I think your were smart to get avatar of the veil before grabbing avatar of slaughter (assuming that's what you are going for) - I found it was a great help survivability wise.
On that note - if you can sort out resists, you might want to use atziri steps for some really good spell dodge.

build has very weak single target dps, killing bosses is a pain in the ass - LIKE REAL PAIN, especially since we are so squishy. getting kaoms heart is SO hard cuz of its strenght requirements, but i managed to get it, and even with it, its nothing close to being tanky. almost all items being uniques mean VERY hard to get capped resistances and you have to remember you must have more than 75% on maps with -res mods and elemental debuffs. it clears regular packs nicely tho.

tldr if you REALLY want to play a bow build you can try it but there's better builds out there.

WTF? Bosses take a few seconds on T10+ maps

made the character as a shaped strand runner, working fine so far.

any thoughts about the new Bisco collar?
Been using it since i could equip it but didn't really notice any difference in drops so i'm looking for opinions.

How do you survive through elemental reflect? I'm 62 now and die pretty much instantly if I so much as look in the direction of a rare with elemental reflect. . .
