leveling with this build atm,such a fun and nice build,only 1 question atm,is there a reason why we keep ball lightning and firestorm lvl 1? or can we level it till it have the same lvl req as cwdt?

because we get 5-8 HP for each enemy hit by our spells. CWDT trigger ball ligting/firestorm and we get HP by hiiting enemies with spells.

He's asking why keep the skill gems at level 1, instead of level 4 Ball Lightning which will still trigger from lvl 1 CWDT

As for the answer, i have no idea. It does hardly any noticable damage regardless of level 1 or level 4, so i guess thats the reason he never bothered with leveling them

I have a tendency of overleveling my gems when i dont need, so if you're not a retard like me you can level them up i guess

is there a required ilvl to get rathpith by chancing white titanium shields or can you get it from any ilvl?

Minimum ilvl is 74

I thought chancing for a unique item was not ilevel specific anymore. If the base type drops, its good to go for a chance at it's unique(s).
