Would it be too much for the Block chance to scale with level? I'm guessing like 5% by level 15 or something, then 6% for level 20 gem (worth the payoff to get it fully leveled, given how hard that is).

So tempest shield gets made into an interesting mechanic and AA made into a very uninteresting, still unsupportable reservation :(
Mind letting on how CoMK will work well with this? If it refreshes on block, having it on triggers seems pretty pointless. CoMK means it gets +Spell damage and you won't have to worry about a string of not blocking turning it off.
