He is, but I don't care about that. If someone wishes to change guilds that is their prerogative.

Poaching is the act of seeking out people in other guilds and trying to recruit them. If they come to us, without us having sought them out, wishing to change up without giving up their spot in their existing guild in case we say no, that's up to them. If their existing guild wishes to care, that doesn't involve us.

I did extend the invite, what he does with it is up to him.
