Thank you for the reply. I bricked 2 level 20, 0% quality arc gems. I am leveling some more and will make them 20% quality before I vaal them for next time.

So, I'm confused why you level arcane surge to 8. At level 6, it procs off 26 mana spent, and Orb of Storms is 28 mana. So, I understand that it procs on every cast.

Level 8 arcane surge requires 41 mana to proc, so it seems like it would proc off of roughly 2/3 of orb of storms casts, and not be reliable...

I must be missing something, here...what is it?

With support gems linked to orb of storms the mana cost should be higher. Check the tooltip on the lowerright on the actual skill and not on the skill gem. Generally just keep arcane surge at a level where your orb of storms will always trigger it. For example, my orb of storms is linked to mana leech, and increased duration and arcane surge, the mana cost is 41 so level 8 arcane surge will always proc when I cast it.

This is my first Inpulsa build and now i see why it's so popular. Both, the item and your build. It's super smooth to play.

I'm currently struggling to up the dmg with my char. Seems quite tough to get the right items. But even with trash dps that I have, Delves are no problem.

I was watching your Uber Elder and Shaper runs few times. Your dmg output seems definitely much higher than 580K Shaper dps (flasks up) that stands in the POB. Am I missing something, or POB is not showing the real dps?

Build suggestion
Also, I would like to give some of my suggestions for maxing this build even more, or give dps boost to those players who can't max the items or gems.
1) Asc notables, Paragon of Calamity and Liege of the Primordial should be changed for Pendulum of Destruction and Mastermind of Discord.
2) Put in Herald of Thunder
3) Drop Flame Golem, Empower 4 that is linked to it and Clarity (not needed with watcher's eye).
4) Weapon and Shield set: Cerberus Limb + Ahn's Heritage with corrupted implicit (5% block chance).

All this changes will give the following:
1)Dps boost from 580K to 780K on Shaper
2)+500 energy shield
3)Cerberus Limb can leech with corrupted Ahn's Herritage
4)lost elemental reflect immunity which im fine with

Hii all, Someone please help me?
I do not know what I am doing wrong with my character.
My dps is very low, not hitting 500k or so like some of you have stated.
In game my arc only does 80k.

Pretty new to game, tried to follow the guide but I do not know what I am doing wrong. :(

Just killed uber elder twice with this build. Lvl 92 character, 409k DPS in PoB("shocked recently, chilled, elder") without flasks, 5177 HP
It was my first uber elder kill.

p.s. Couldn't set up my elemental resistances for the wise oak with kaom's roots and a different helmet :(
