I slowly prepare myself for buying Inpulsa and thus I'm wondering which stat of it I should particularly take into consideration. Perfect item is just too expensive, so some min-maxing seems to be required. :D

If I am just playing solo, would it be better to use a second normal ring instead of the Essence of Worm since I can get 22 increased lightning on it instead of the 22 more lightning on the Worm?

I don't get it. 2500 effective HP ? If you talk about Mind Over Matter, when I remove HoT I get 1700 mana instead of 1000. 700HP difference. I think both choices are good...

Yeah, 2500 is not really the effective HP, just the amount of extra damage that MoM covers with a full mana pool. Also, I don't think you would struggle without clarity if you have Watchers Eye. So you are basically taking a really small amount of damage in the grand scheme over a good portion of a 30% damage reduction. Doesn't seem a better option to me. If we would talk about major damage improvements, that would be different, but I just don't think HoT is worth what it costs with this setup, since you don't get anything but the raw damage from it.
I think people overvalue the heralds because there are so many builds that utilize them heavily, but that's just not the case here.

Hello, just a quick build question and wanted to say thanks to Enki for the awesome build, loving it so far. Right now I have the choice between a 5L Inpulsa, and a +1 Tabula with a +3 empower (instead of added lightning). Which setup would be better? Also should I maybe put added lightning back on? Tooltip DPS seems maybe higher but I get +8 chain.

@Enki91 yo, what about stygian bells. i mean, what do u think is better - lightning damage or flask duration(on belt ofc)

Top left in Path of Building -> Import/Export Build -> Bottom right of the menu that opens is a Import from Pastebin... button, just click it and enter the URL from Pastebin.
