Wanting to try a build I made back when Scion was decently strong, a variant of the elemental buzzsaw that Mathil did. Elemental Tornado shot.
Focuses on stacking Attack speed, Weapon Elemental damage, and elemental damage while having a 25-35% chance to apply shock. You want WED, IAS, and X-Y ele attacks on all gear you can.

It will use Alpha's Howl, Atziri's steps, and stack a lot of evasion on gear.
Not sure if I should use the Tempest, Voltaxic, or just a well rolled really fast attack tri ele bow. Not sure which will give me more damage. Also not sure if Drillneck will be more damage then just a really high WED + ele attack quiver. Not sure if I will be able to run ele reflect maps with LGoH swapped in place of WED and using Bearguard coupled with Acro/phase acro. Think it will work out? Want to try something like this with the new league coming up on HC. I really don't like doing crit builds, so this is my alternative :) Thanks for the advice. Mess with the best, die like the rest.

Hello, here's a thought and a followup question.
I intend to use a Reach of the Council Bow, which I believe eliminates the needs for GMP or LMP. I also intend to Ascend to a perma phasing char who with the use of Voidwalkers will always pierce, which IMO eliminates the need for chain (keep in mind that LA has an AoE effect). Aside from the fact that chain and GMP lower damage output, I have also 2 gem slots free. My first thought is Incr.Crit DMG. Faster attacks comes to mind after that. What do you recommend putting there? Thanks in advance. |

What does "Conc/CONC" mean? I'll always be a noob. There's nothing your guide that explains what 'Conc' mean or is. Cast on NOT Crit? Cast on NO Chance? Critical on no Coincidence? Cream on No Cone? Chemicals on North Carolina? ???
