Hey there Guys,

first of all: thanks for the awesome and detailed guide to you both. Playing my Ranger with Iceshot and just wanted to ask, if you (or somebody) have ever tested this skill tree



May I ask if you have tested the Lioneye's Fall Viridian Jewel in the Socket of the south Duelist tree? "Melee and Melee Weapon Type Modifiers in Radius are Transformed to Bow Modifiers". Gives you the Destroyer and Wracking Ball note and some lower Phys-Dmg- and IAS-Notes. I'm not so expirienced thats why I wanted to ask you, if it could make sense to skill like that or if it's useless bc you won't have enough defensives.

I would realy like to get an answer to this. Best way would be an PM bc I thin kI wont find the answer in this thread.

Its crap. You want phys dmg for this build and PA use not harbinger for +3 gems.

Hey guys. I have a friend who just started playing and suggested this build for him with tornado shot as his primany. For single targets, I told him to use the frenzy setup. I saw that NeverSink is using puncture+trap setup right now on his character. I was wondering if this is fairly better than frenzy? Also, I saw that he also changed to Herald of Ice. Is this just preference or is HoI > HoT for CoH+AM?

I'm a little frustrated now, died 4 times today, against unique mobs / bosses

2 x Zana map Quest with 3 corrupted bosses in a small room
1 x corrupted exile, this one put me in a trap i think
1 x stuck between mobs after opening Strongbox

Since i'm lvl 90 and have bad luck with map drops (stuck in tier 6-7 maps) further leveling seems to be hard... what do you guys think?

Switch to hardcore skilltree, i was stuck at 89, and now after switching, i'm 93 and a half and leveling well.

Herald of Ash + Herald of Ice takes, together, 50% of my total mana.
That's 410 mana reserved.
When I use Hatred, all my mana is gone! Cant use this dmg boost...
My puncture and tornado shot are around 12k~13k dmg, with Hatred 16~17k each one.
What am I doing wrong? :/

Take out the HoI and use Hatred instead of it. Upgrade your bow. Or if you want to use both Heralds and Hatred, use the less mana reserved nodes. or combine them with that gem Enlighten.
If you do use Hatred, I've found that WED will work far better than AFD. I'm also using PTL instead of the ICD. I'm not using FA gem either. I have a 5L

With a multiplier of 351%, Crit chance of 58% with the golem and no power charges, I do fine.

Oh and I just got my first Atziri kill :)

Thy this was in my mind too i will try this tomorrow, hope i got enough respecc points ^^

Could you explain pls, how you are dealing with elemental\physical reflect mobs\packs\maps?

Single dps is quite highh. Aoe - also.

Vaal Pact?
I usually chaos the map if I see Reflect. But you can try converting all damage to Elemental in case of Physical Reflect map. (Use PTL and LA in place of Tornado Shot)
Run Grace instead of Hatred. etc etc.
