Using a VPN to avoid connection issues

WOW, thank you very much, it solved the DL issue. I don't understand what the ISP blocks and why, is it possible to ask the ISP to stop blocking from specific IP's ?

To all those who's VPN client isn't starting up, try running the .exe as Admin. Should solve the missing key/registry issue

Oooo this might be a solution for my UI problem.. the other VPNs didn't work. Will report back with results.

Based in Sweden. Fixed my UI errors where the ones from the OpenVPN website didn't. Thank you so so so much for posting that :D

So i found a vpn that works called proxpn but its gonna cost me 10us a month which idk seems like wasted money to me since i already use unblockus for netflix and this new vpn slows my connection quite a bit.Anyone knows any free vpns based in the us that i can use for primetime.Really dont wanna be sinking 10 dollars a month just for this, thats money i can spend on microtransactions.

Anyone have suggestions for the fastest VPN for California location? I don't mind paying, as long as its less than ~90ms latency to path of exile instance servers
