What the meaning of lld?
How can you get such high stats on a low level claw without getting higher level requirement? You get a high item level timeworn and you craft it? For exemple this one couldn't get lower level ; ( You ARE my Bitch of burden!

Assuming your claw have the tyranicall mod (ilv 73) it should be at min 80% of the max requiremnent.mso lv 46 ot I am missing something?

LLD means "low level dueling", aka level 28 or "low level" pvp. And you're right that an item level requirement will be 80% of the ilvl, but only when the level of the base item isn't higher than that. A great white claw, for example, can never have a lower level requirement than level 58.
